Not much detailed HDR information

Understanding HDR Photography is not a bad book. It's just mostly not about HDR photography. Much of the book is spent on a review of digital photography issues for beginners and, as such, it is useful for the beginner. However, in terms of HDR photography, and, in particular, using HDR codes (Photoshop and Photomatix), it is mostly a review of the interface with a few general comments about why you might want to do certain things. I was hoping for more detail on the latter. The interface review is useful, especially for Photomatix, but I'd like to see a deeper discussion.

The book, while interesting did not offer anything new in the world of HDR. Most of the information contained within is readily available online.
