Good Book, Covers 2D, not 3D

I was actually expecting something on 3D animations in SceneKit, but that was my fault as I should have dug deeper into the book's description.
The book is a very in-depth exploration of 2D sprite-style animation, and in that area it's good. The best aspect is that it not only tells me how to do things that I'd think to ask, but shows me 2D animation tricks that I hadn't thought of.
